Zoning board approves a Town Fair Tire shop on Monroe Turnpike

MONROE, Conn. — The Planning and Zoning Commission granted an approval with conditions for a proposal allowing Town Fair Tire to move into the former Rite Aid pharmacy at 508 Monroe Turnpike and renovate the building. Masuk High’s girls golf team had quite a spring, following up a South-West Conference Championship with a second-place finish in the Division II State Tournament, a repeat of last year’s success.
