Jockey Hollow Unified Sports hosts a spring celebration

MONROE, Conn. — National Banner Unified Champion Jockey Hollow Middle School’s Unified Sports team concluded a successful spring season with a celebration on May 28. Students feasted on pizza, ice pops, and played games including Unified Eagle’s Nest and Newcomb. Throughout the spring session, Special Olympic athletes and student partners learned skills in Unified Wiffleball, cornhole, track and field, kickball and volleyball.
