MONROE, CT — The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today that it will open two Business Recovery Centers (BRCs) in Connecticut on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. at the Monroe Police Department in Monroe and the Oxford Town Hall in Oxford.
