Zoning board approves a Town Fair Tire shop on Monroe Turnpike

MONROE, Conn. — The Planning and Zoning Commission granted an approval with conditions for a proposal allowing Town Fair Tire to move into the former Rite Aid pharmacy at 508 Monroe Turnpike and renovate the building. BROOKFIELD, Conn. — Coming off the program’s first South-West Conference Championship in more than two decades, Masuk High’s girls lacrosse team’s bid for an encore in the state tournament came to an end on Tuesday.
