The Monroe Women’s Club will be collecting new and gently used costumes as well as bagged candy and will be donated to Monroe Social Services.  In addition, they will be collecting used towels that will be donated to area animal shelters and animal rehab.  (Sports uniforms and dance recital outfits make for great costumes)
