MONROE, Conn. — Positive comments were shared on the Monroe Town-Wide Tag Sale Facebook page on the heels of the first community tag sale last weekend. But organizers want a larger sample size to determine if it can be an annual event. Barbara Fahr, who initiated the townwide tag sale after seeing a similar event in neighboring Shelton, is encouraging people to participate in a survey.
“Given this was the first time a townwide tag sale event like this had been organized, our team really wanted to hear from shoppers and sellers about their experience,” Fahr said. “What went well? What could have been better? And would you want to help plan another one?”
