MONROE, — Families participating in the 5th Annual Trick-or-Treat the Plaza at Clock Tower Square, 477 Main St., Saturday, enjoyed an early Halloween celebration with games, temporary tattoos and the opportunity to meet Monroe police officers and town firefighters.
The Natural Pet Outlet held a Dog Costume Contest with prizes and students of Connecticut Dance gave outdoor performances.
