MONROE, CT — Monroe police officers solved complex cases and responded to a wide variety of calls  in 2022 and 2023, from arresting a woman selling fentanyl and a man calling in a bomb threat, to dealing with the paranormal and embarking on an investigation that led to the arrest of a murder suspect.
