MONROE, CT — Thousands of dollars worth of construction supplies were reported stolen in the burglary of a unit on Stillmeadow Circle in the Northbrook Condominium complex Wednesday. Police said forced entry was made through a rear door, leaving the deadbolt partially broken and a crack in the door frame. The homeowner reported the incident at 7:06 p.m. on Wednesday, telling officers they were having work done at the unit, so workers have been coming in and out recently.
