Masuk field hockey team for cancer awareness Friday

MONROE, CT — For the past nine years Masuk Field Hockey has been conducting a Cancer Awareness game to raise money for various organizations, local hospitals and local hospice centers. This year’s event is Friday, Sept. 30, when Masuk hosts Brookfield at 5:30 p.m.

Last year, the Panthers decided to help one of our own Monroe families. Fan support helped raise $5,000 for the Eannotti family.

This year, the Panthers are raising money for the Davis family of Monroe. A bake sale and 50/50 raffle will be held.

Below you will find a flyer for the game, and linked is a Google Form where you can choose to purchase tickets for the raffle ahead of time. The team will pre-fill the tickets prior to the game. You can also share this link with friends and family who aren’t local. No need to be present at the game to win.

Payments for the raffle can be made in person at the raffle table, or via Venmo @Masuk-FieldHockey. Tickets will not be added to the “pool” until payment has been received.

Three winners will be picked. The first will be the 50/50 raffle winner, the second and third place winners will receive gift cards.
