MONROE, CT — Notre Dame Catholic High School only had three players for a game against Masuk’s boys golf team Monday, so a placeholder score of 100 was added to Fairfield’s score. The Panthers took full advantage with a 162-263 win at Whitney Farms Golf Course.
Colin Abbott, of Masuk, has the best score of the day, earning the medalist title by finishing the 36 par course in 37 strokes.
Masuk’s other individual scores includes John McIntyre 39, Justin Carriero 42, Alex Giugno 44 and Connor Braun 44.
Notre Dame’s individual scores includes Ryan Mollica 44, Aidan Garrity 53, and Mike Ricci 66.
