Masuk girls golfers lose to Immaculate at Whitney Farms

MONROE, CT — Masuk girls golfers lost to Immaculate in a home game at Whitney Farms Golf Course Thursday.

Amanda Hoyt of Immaculate had the best score with a 47 and teammates Julia Cirone and Sadie Mellen completed the par 37 Back 9 in 50 and 51 strokes respectively to lead their team to the 204-239 victory.

Three Masuk players completed the course in 59 strokes: Sophia Heinrich, Izzy Roy and Lauren Breyan.

The Panthers’ other individual scores included Kate Wittenauer 62, Carrie Wittenauer 64 and Libby McHugh 63.

Immaculate’s other individual scores were Alexys Garden 56, Rebecca Chory 59 and Stella Sabo 63.
