MONROE, CT — The Masuk girls golf team finished the regular season with a victory over Pomperaug at Whitney Farms Tuesday, and honored six golfers on Senior Night.
Senior captain Lauren Breyan was the medalist in the match with a 48. The Panthers posted a 16-3 record this season.
Breyan was honored with fellow seniors Elissa Campos, Izzy Roy (captain), Mia Alderman, Libby McHugh and Gabi Pena (captain).
Defending champion Masuk will play in the SWC Tournament on Tuesday, May 30, at Fairchild Wheeler in Bridgeport. The Panthers, who finished in third place last year, will play in the Division II State Tournament on Monday, June 5, at Tasha Knolls in Trumbull.
