Masuk Boys Soccer’s Breast Cancer Awareness game moved to Oct. 20

The Masuk High boys soccer team’s Breast Cancer Awareness game, originally scheduled for Oct. 13, has been moved to Thursday, Oct. 20, when the Panthers host Bethel at 7 p.m.

Masuk’s Oct. 13 game took place, but the fundraising was rescheduled due to rain. Masuk fell 2-0 to Brookfield.

Coach Brendan Cavanaugh’s team is raising money for a student athlete scholarship for those affected by cancer. Baked goods and refreshments will be sold during the game, and there will be a 50/50 raffle.

The team is also selling long sleeve Masuk Soccer breast cancer shirts, which are black with pink lettering, for $25 to $30. To purchase one, click here.
