MONROE — Children must be up-to-date with their immunizations before schools open this fall, so the Monroe Health Department is offering vaccinations at Town Hall, 7 Fan Hill Road.
To schedule an appointment, call the health department at 203-452-2818. For information about age-specific required immunizations, visit the town website.
Parents or guardians must accompany their child and bring the child’s immunization record with them. There is a $20 administration fee for each vaccine received (cash or check only).
The health department will provide vaccines for children through the age of 18.
