Videos: Masuk celebrates Senior Night for football, cheerleading, dance

MONROE, CT — Masuk High School celebrated Senior Night for 12th graders on its football, cheer and dance teams at Benedict Stadium Friday night, when the Panthers took on visiting New Milford in their last regularly scheduled home game this year.

The seniors had a memorable night with a convincing 55-7 victory.

Before the game, each senior on the football team was introduced:

  • Rob Klein accompanied by mother Stephanie, sister Alyssa, brother Andrew and grandmother Marie Chiappetta.
  • Jason Champagne accompanied by parents Marc and Diana, brother Aaron and grandmother TerryAnn Brazil.
  • Tristan Smith accompanied by parents Nathan and Valerie, and sister Autumn.
  • Colin Hope accompanied by parents Melissa and Mark.
  • Luke Eschert accompanied by parents Keith and Marnie, and grandmother Ria Eschert.
  • Lee Brownbill accompanied by mother Melissa.
  • Luke Benway accompanied by Ben and Angela Gonzalez with siblings Paige, Kyle and Dylan Benway.
  • James Dutkowski accompanied by parents Steve and Lisa.
  • Henry Whalen accompanied by parents John and Vicki and brother Liam.
  • Auggie Roma Jr. accompanied by parents Sheila and Auggie Sr.
  • Aiden Fonck accompanied by mother Amy, father Frank and brother Ethan.

At halftime, seniors on Masuk’s cheerleading squad were introduced to the crowd, while accompanied by their family members:

  • Catherine McCaffrey escorted by her mother Dianna, father Kevin, sister Meagen and brother Michael.
  • Melissa Da Silva escorted by her mother Silvia Amancio, father Erinaldo Da Silva and brother Lucca.
  • Lindsey DuBois escorted by her mother Regina, father Fred and sister Chloe.
  • Kaylee Edgar escorted by her mother Kristen and father Raymond.

They were followed by seniors on the Dance team:
