Several Monroe students graduate from Notre Dame High School

FAIRFIELD, CT – Notre Dame High School’s 64th annual commencement ceremony, held on the school’s campus at 220 Jefferson St. May 31, awarded diplomas to 134 students, including six from Monroe.

Among the Monroe graduates were Elyssa Gonzalez, Niah Africot, Nathan Charlot, Sarah Lardi, Veronica Rrapi and Gemma Grech.

Charlot played on Notre Dame’s basketball team, Lardi and Grech played for their school’s soccer and lacrosse teams, and Rrapi played for the soccer team.

Africot partakes in a wide variety of extracurricular activities, including French Club, French Honor Society and Culture Club, according to Tyler Ouellette, the school’s marketing coordinator.

Africot also played on the volleyball, basketball and lacrosse teams.
