Masuk Girls Swimming and Diving Team Coach Emily DeMace shared results from the State Finals at Southern Connecticut State University last Tuesday.
“We had six best times,” she said.
Among the results:
200 medley relay: (Lena Savkovic, Lucia Morales, Yara Shaik and Skye Eannotti)
100 free: Lucia Morales
100 back: Lena Savkovic
100 back: Yara Shaik
100 breaststroke: Kira Vido
400 free relay: ( Siobhan Smith, Grace Sheppard, Claire Valle and Emily Hull)
“Lena also placed 4th overall and moved onto the biggest meet in the state: opens,” DeMace said. “She swam her all time best time of 1:00.99.”
The Panthers went on to swim at Yale last Sunday.
“Congratulations to Lena Savkovic, Carly Jordan, Eliza Palmieri, Abby Kirberger, Lucia Morales, Skye Eannotti, Yara Shaik, Kira Vido, Siobhan Smith, Grace Sheppard, Claire Valle and Emily Hull for swimming and diving at State Finals,” DeMace said.
