Monroe Police Reports: Crash hospitalizes woman, DUI arrests …

MONROE, CT — A 38-year-old Monroe woman was found unconscious after crashing her blue Scion into the back of a Tesla Model 3, whose driver was waiting to turn onto Route 59 at the intersection with Main Street early Saturday morning. Firefighters had to break a window to get the woman safely out of her vehicle and Monroe Volunteer Emergency Medical Service personnel took her to St. Vincent’s Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
