The team skated to a 1-0 win over Guilford at home, at the Sports Center of Connecticut in Shelton, on Dec. 23. Francesca Buccieri scored and goaltenders Jen Velky and Arianna Bartolomei combined for the shutout. SWU out shot Guilford 27 to 12.
