Masuk hockey falls in conference semis, states are next

DANBURY, CT — Despite falling 4-2 to the Brookfield-Bethel-Danbury-Immaculate co-op at Danbury Ice Arena in the SWC Tournament semifinals on Tuesday, the hockey season continues for Masuk High. Masuk was the No. 2 seed and BBDI is the No. 3 seed

Masuk will next take the ice Monday, March 4, in the first round of the Division III State Tournament. The Panthers are the No. 4 seed. Game times and the complete bracket will be announced at casciac.org.

In the conference playoff game Nick Kondub and Luke Kondub both scored and each had an assist. Christian LaBella and Ryan Ewald also had assists.
