Kristin Lee Hall Bien, a longtime resident of Greenwich, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2022, with her family at her side after a short illness. She and her husband, Jason, had moved to Monroe and have family here.
Kristin was born on March 2, 1978 to Nancy (Crowle) Curcio and Alan Hall.
She is survived by the love of her life, her husband Jason Bien, and her mother-in-law Marylee. Kristin is also survived by her loving mother and best friend Nancy, her two brothers, Jason and his wife Maureen and Daniel and his wife Megan, and her father Alan and his wife Cindy.
She is also survived by her half-brothers Ian, Brian and Devin Hall, as well as her brother-in-law Dennis Bien.
“Auntie Kristin” was so very proud of all her nieces and nephews, Audrey, Keller, Chloe, Lily Hall, and Eli Bien. Kristin and Jason adored their dogs Cloudy and Bailey, who Kristin often referred to as her boys.
Kristin worked for Guardian Services in Norwalk City Hall for 15 years. Everyone she knew would compliment her for her infectious smile that would light up the room.
In her spare time, she would be found enjoying each season. Spring, getting her boat ready to set sail on the Sound, worshipping the sun in St. Martin. Summertime, to head out on our annual family vacations in Wellfleet, Cape Cod, since she was a child. Fall, chopping wood for warm cozy evenings and watching the sun set outside. Winter, waiting for the first snowfall to go plowing with Jason into the wee hours of the morning.
As each season passes, Kristin’s memory and her passion for family will be engraved in our hearts forever.
Please join us for a celebration of Kristin’s life on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 12 to 4 p.m. at the St. Lawrence Club, 86 Valley Road in Cos Cob. Online condolences may be left at SpadaccinoFuneralHome.com.
