NEW MILFORD, CT — Masuk High’s boys’ basketball team won its second straight road contest, defeating the New Milford Green Wave 51-45 on Friday, Jan. 27.
Tyler Newsom scored 20 points and had 12 rebounds. Newsom was 6-for-7 from the free throw line. Owen Smith had 13 points, three rebounds and a pair of steals and went 4-of-6 from the line.
Greg Nivison scored nine points, had six rebounds and three assists. Matt Domenichelli had four points and six rebounds. Dylan Jackson had four assists, four steals and four rebounds.
The Panthers are home Monday, Jan. 30, to host Bunnell at 7 p.m.
