MONROE, CT — In police complaints filed late last year, two juveniles accused a local man of providing alcohol and touching them inappropriately during an overnight stay at his 202 Windgate Circle home on December 27, 2020.
Thien Ly, 37, was arrested for the first complaint on April 1, and released on $1,000 bond. Then he was arrested on the second complaint on April 6, 2021 and released on $1,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court for both cases on April 9.
Ly has been charged with risk of injury/illegal sexual contact with a minor under 16-years-old and fourth-degree sexual assault for the first arrest; and with risk of injury to a minor and permitting a minor to possess alcohol in the second arrest.
