REDDING, CT — Students from the Masuk High School Unified Sports Team recently participated in the 1st Annual Unified Homecoming Dance. The dance, which was organized by the Joel Barlow High School Unified Sports Team, was held in Redding.

Several area high school Unified Sports teams attended the dance. Music was provided by Masuk High School Professional Educator Joel Castillo, who lives in Monroe. Everyone in attendance learned popular party dances and participated in a Limbo contest.

Food and a picture booth were also available.

According to Masuk Unified Sports Head Coach Donald Casey Jr., “everything, from the red carpet walk, food, music, hospitality from the Joel Barlow Unified Sports Team and seeing students from every school interacting with each other were all A+!
