MONROE, CT — Ken Kellogg served as Monroe’s first selectman for six years, before deciding not to seek a fourth-consecutive term last fall. The Monroe Republican Town Committee welcomes the public a dinner party celebrating his retirement.
The event will be held at The Stone Barn at Whitney Farms, 175 Shelton Road, on Friday, Jan. 12, at 6:30 p.m.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend this honorable event. We will be in Massachusetts that weekend celebrating our 3rd Grandchild Emma’s 2nd birthday.

Although I have moved away and have not been as involved as I would have liked, I still hear from many of our community involved members who have said you have continued moving Monroe forward with many initiatives.
