MONROE, Conn. — The Barnum Festival’s 5th annual Car Show will be held this Saturday, June 6, at Z-Topia, 1545 Monroe Turnpike, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The event will celebrate the United States of America’s 250th birthday.
Sheila Fabrizio will sing the “National Anthem” and the show will feature music by Jukebox 45, playing hits from the ’50s and ’60s. In addition to live music and classic vehicles, the event will have food trucks, vendors and raffles.
There will be a touch-a-truck and face painting for children and the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department will bring its vintage 1975 American LaFrance fire engine.
Billy “Wild Bill” Greco will have two racing cars on display and a beer and wine garden will be available for adults.
