MONROE, CT — United Methodist Church of Monroe will host its annual paper shredding fundraiser in the Rite Aid parking lot, 435 Main St., on Saturday, June 11, giving people an opportunity to destroy old personal documents and records safely.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. until noon, rain or shine. Individuals and businesses are welcome.

It is $10 for a standard archive box (15”x12”x10”) – then prices increase by $5 according to container size. Payment can be in cash, check (payable to: UMC Monroe with “Paper Shredding” in the memo line) or credit/debit.
