A debate will be held in the battle for Connecticut’s 4th congressional district seat at Norwalk Community College this Thursday at 8 p.m.
Longtime incumbent, Jim Himes, a Democrat, will face off against his Republican challenger Jayme Stevenson, who is also running as an Independent.
