MONROE, Conn. — State Sen. Jason Perillo, R-Shelton, will host Building a Better CT in the William J. Ehlers Meeting Room of Edith Wheeler Memorial Library, 733 Monroe Turnpike, on Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Perillo will be joined by fellow state officials, Rep. Tony Scott, R-Monroe, and Sen. Ryan Fazio, R-Greenwich, in a discussion on topics like fiscal policy, local control, good government and more.
This event is part of a larger, statewide tour welcoming open discussion about the issues Connecticut residents are facing and aims to discuss how elected officials are working to improve Connecticut.
Connecticut residents continue to face significant affordability challenges. Connecticut Senate Republicans are engaging with residents to discuss solutions and to share information about policies they have worked on to address these issues. This tour is intended to encourage open communication, outline available financial relief efforts, and explore ways to work together to improve the state for everyone.
