MONROE, Conn. — St. Peter’s Grace Episcopal Church and Monroe Congregational Church’s annual Lenten Loaves & Fishes FryDays are back. The meals will be picked up every Friday from Feb. 20 through March 27
This weekly event features fresh-made favorites from the Dave Kuban’s Planet Pizza of Norwalk Food Truck, including:
- Classic Fish and Chips
- Crispy Fried Shrimp
- Golden Chicken Tenders
- Perfectly Seasoned Fries
- Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza (gluten-free available)
- Good Cod Almighty Fish Sandwich (crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, zesty tartar sauce)
- A variety of drinks and desserts

The event, which runs from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., will be held at St. Peter’s, 175 Old Tannery Road, on Feb. 27, March 20 and March 24, and outside Monroe Congregational Church, 34 Church St., on Feb. 20, March 6 and March 13.
Both churches offer indoor dining in their fellowship halls.
