Masuk High’s girls basketball team is the South-West Conference Tournament’s No. 7 seed and will visit No. 2 Bethel in Wednesday’s quarterfinals at 6 p.m.
Masuk went 8-5 in conference play this winter, concluding the regular season with a 58-25 win over Weston on Feb 13. The Panthers fell 40-29 to Bethel when the teams met during the regular season.
The winner plays in Friday’s semifinals for the right to compete in the championship game Monday, Feb. 24, at Western Connecticut State University.
