Monroe Police Department Lobby – open 24 hours
Edith Wheeler Memorial Library Lobby:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday & Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
