I’m not just a candidate; I’m a lifelong learner, an experienced educator, and a devoted community member with a passion for improving our schools. With my extensive educational background and deep commitment to public education, I am excited to share how I can make a difference for our students, teachers, and community.

I come to you with a wealth of education credentials, including a Diplomat in School Neuropsychology, a Doctorate in Education, a 6th Year Degree in School Psychology, a Master’s in School Psychology, and a B.S. in Psychology. For nearly two decades, I have been a School Psychologist. I am currently working for the Fairfield Public Schools, where I have the privilege of working closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators. My firsthand experience provides me with valuable insights into the Monroe educational system.

My commitment to public education runs deep, as evidenced by my 18 years of service on the Monroe Board of Education. During this time, I have witnessed the evolution of our schools, and I understand the complexities of educational governance. This experience equips me to navigate the board’s responsibilities and policies effectively, ensuring that our schools continue to thrive.

Beyond my professional roles, I am actively engaged in volunteer work that underscores my genuine interest in the well-being of our local schools and students. As a member of this community for 20 years and a parent of two proud Masuk graduates, I have a personal connection to the success of our schools. This connection fuels my dedication to ensuring that every child in Monroe receives the best education possible.
