St. Peter’s Grace Apple Festival celebrates opening day

"Billy Butterfingers" the Juggler entertains visitors to St. Peter's Grace Episcopal Church's Apple Festival Saturday.

MONROE, CT — St. Peter’s Grace Episcopal Church’s doors were open, welcoming visitors to tour the church, while its annual Apple Festival was held on the green at the corner of Fan Hill Road and Monroe Turnpike Saturday morning.

Visitors listened to live music, shopped at booths with local vendors, and children played games and had their faces painted. Apple Central continued to be a highlight among foodies with caramel apples and apple crisps.
