MONROE, CT — A brown, 2012 Honda Pilot was reported stolen from a driveway on Belle Valle Street on Tuesday morning. Police said the vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside.
The owner was in the process of a move, so her Honda was filled with belongings including televisions, electronics, credit cards, a suitcase and clothing, police said.
The Honda was last seen at 7:15 p.m. on Monday and the owner noticed her vehicle was missing at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, according to police.
In a separate case, which also occurred sometime overnight, a Greenwood Drive resident reported that $20 worth of change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle when it was parked in the victim’s driveway.
