MONROE, CT — Families are preparing for the start of school next week amid the COVID-19 pandemic, an issue state and local legislators are grappling with. With that and other important issues in mind, State Rep. Tony Scott, R-112th, and First Selectman Ken Kellogg invite the public to an end-of-summer update on recent activity by state legislature.
They will host “Legislative Apps” with State Rep. Tony Scott and Monroe First Selectman Kevin Kellogg at Monroe Social, 494 Main St., Monroe, on Monday, Aug. 23, from 6 to 7 p.m. Appetizers will be provided at the restaurant.
