MONROE, CT – Volunteers for the Monroe Volunteer Emergency Medical Service have been following its mission of providing quality, pre-hospital emergency medical care to residents since 1977.
“It’s neighbors caring for neighbors,” said EMS Chief Donald Smith.
Though the MVEMS has a group of dedicated volunteers, new members are always needed to keep it going. To that end, the organization made a professional recruitment video.
Watch this short video (1:43) to learn more about the service and of the diverse background of its emergency medical technicians.
