A green pickup truck towing a black metal trailer struck the two outdoor speakers for the McDonald’s drive-thru on Monroe Turnpike Sunday evening, according to an employee’s account of the incident.
Police said the crash occurred around 5:42 p.m. and the truck was driven by a white man with blond hair, who appeared to be in his 20s, adding the vehicle was last seen heading north on Route 111.
