MONROE, CT — Families bought plants and flowers, shopped at a tag sale and enjoyed baked goods, while children played games and made Mother’s Day crafts at Harmony Grange’s annual Spring Fair Saturday.

Proceeds will be used to support the Grange building at 103 Hurd Ave. and all of its activities.

Located near the roundabout, Harmony Grange has a rich history dating back to Monroe’s earliest days. Founded in 1867, it’s a community organization deeply rooted in agriculture.
