MONROE, CT — Families wore their Halloween costumes for trick or treating, shopping and entertainment at Clock Tower Square, 477 Main St., Saturday afternoon.
Businesses held sidewalk sales and gave candy to kids. Pet Outlet hosted a pet costume contest and girls from Connecticut Dance!, a studio in the shopping center, performed dance routines in the parking lot.
Stepney firefighters brought a ladder truck and Monroe police officers brought vehicles for a touch-a-truck, and the first responders interacted with kids.
Here are photos from the event:
What a great family event! Many thanks to each of the great entrepreneurs at Clock Tower Square who planned, decorated, and worked hard with their employees and our local fire & police for our community> Bravo – really well done!
We all really appreciate Bill Bittar for previously publicizing and then documenting the fun.
