MONROE, CT — The Taste of Sheetrock concert at Wolfe Park, which was scheduled to be held this Friday, has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The concert is part of the Monroe Parks and Recreation Department’s Arts in the Park summer concert series. Director Missy Orosz said a new date and time will be announced.
The shows are held on select Fridays and all start at 7:30 p.m. (but makeups due to weather will be different.) Aside from the soon to be rescheduled concert, the remaining shows are as follows:
- June 28: Raise Your Hands CT, a tribute to Bon Jovi
- July 19: Psychedelic Relics
- July 26: Creative Music Studio Showcase
- Aug. 2: Mass-Conn Fusion Band
- Aug. 9: The Simply Swifties Band
