SHELTON, CT — Masuk High’s wrestling team earned a 42-12 win at Shelton on Dec. 30. The Panthers switched gears and visited the Gaels when the originally-scheduled Trumbull Duals were canceled.
Masuk weight division winners against Shelton: 138 Nathan Videira, 145 Luke Longo, 152 Maxton Busa, 160 Frank Samperi, 170 Evan DeLeo, 182 Sebastian Nicholas, 192 William Alvarado.
The Panthers will visit New Fairfield Wednesday, Jan. 5 at 6 p.m. and are slated to participate in the Fairfield Warde Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 8 starting at 9 a.m.
Masuk is home to take on Bunnell of Stratford Wednesday, Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. New Milford visits the following Wednesday at the same time.
