MILFORD, CT — Masuk girls golfers came in third place in the SWC Championship Match held at Great River Golf Club Wednesday.
Newtown High School won the tournament on the 18 par course, completing it in 401 strokes, Immaculate finished second with 404, Masuk had 437, Joel Barlow 455, Notre Dame of Fairfield 469, and Weston 486.
Medalists were Kendall Reed 83, Lauren Ogrodowicz 93, Julia Cirone 94, Amanda Hoyt 100, Caitlin Briggs 102, Sophia Heinrich of Masuk 103 and Sadie Mellen 103.
Masuk’s individual scores were Sophia Heinrich 103, Kate Wittenauer 105, Izzy Roy 111, Carrie Wittenauer 117 and Lauren Breyan 121.
