MONROE, CT — The host Masuk High girls basketball team improved to 8-1 with a 69-44 win over Jonathan Law on Wednesday.
Bailey Bajda scored 21 points, Grace Kearney dropped in 20 and Dani Dube scored 13.
The Panthers led 15-11 after one quarter of play and were ahead 29-17 at the half. They put up 21 points in the third quarter scored a combined 40 points in the second half to pull away in this out-of-conference battle.
Masuk gets back to South-West Conference action Thursday night when the Pomperaug Panthers visit at 7 p.m.
