Detectives investigate attempted break-in at Enterprise Drive bus depot

MONROE, CT — Police are investigating an attempted break-in at All-Star Transportation’s bus depot on Enterprise Drive, after receiving a complaint Sunday afternoon.

Police said someone attempted to enter the office, but did not gain entry and appears to have entered one or more of the buses. There was no damage to the buses, according to the report.

The Detective Bureau is investigating the incident.

Alleged abuse of a company card

A Bridgeport man allegedly used a company gas card for personal expenses to the tune of $1,392, when he was a driver for a Monroe business last summer, according to a complaint filed in September.

On Nov. 5, Bridgeport police turned him over to the Monroe Police Department on its active arrest warrant.

Trevor R. Pierce, 36, of Poplar Street in Bridgeport, was charged with illegal furnishing of goods or services on a payment card greater than $500, and fourth-degree larceny. He was released on $1,500 bond for a Nov. 16 court date.

Police said the personal charges were made over the course of three months before a complaint was filed last September.
