Masuk alumn Dale Dymkoski’s standup comedy special is coming to the Bijou Theatre in Bridgeport this Saturday, March 22, at 7 p.m. Seats are still available. For tickets to the show, click here.
“It’s really an autobiographical show,” Dymkoski said. “I try to bring people together through laughter. The theme of the show is defying labels and overcoming obstacles. I’m a stroke survivor, a person with a disability, but I don’t really feel defined by those things. I don’t connect with that. We all want to put people in boxes, judge people, but it’s not who we are. We don’t need to hate each other over these things.”
Yoshee So, Dymkoski’s close friend and brother in comedy, will be the opening act.
