MONROE, CT — Since Dennis Bradshaw and his wife, Carol, lost their home to a flood in Sandy Hook on Aug. 18, the couple has received an outpouring of support from family, friends and even strangers, who donated to a GoFundMe page set up by their children and grandchildren. Dennis, a retired Monroe police officer, was also not forgotten by the men and women wearing the uniform in town.
